Arte Del Alma

I had the privilege of designing the "Arte del Alma" event, a Latino creative showcase aimed at shining a light on local Latin American creatives. As someone who grew up in Latin America, this project resonated deeply with me and allowed me to celebrate the vibrant essence of our community. During the ideation phase, I sought to draw inspiration from the culture, recognizing that every aspect of our lives embodies art—from our clothing and food to our homes and the rich natural beauty of our countries. This approach informed my design as well as instilled a sense of authenticity. The design process was incredibly enjoyable, allowing me to explore my culture through a unique lens that reflected my style. I aimed to create a lively and engaging visual experience that honored the creativity and spirit of the Latin American community. Collaborating with fellow committee members further enriched this experience, as we collectively brought together our passions and perspectives to create a meaningful event. Overall, "Arte del Alma" was not just a design project; it was an opportunity to celebrate my heritage and showcase the incredible talent within our community.
