I've spent the last decade designing digital experiences across e-commerce, fintech, and retail, from building design systems that scale to crafting user flows that convert.

My path hasn't been traditional, and I think that's my strength. I've worked across brand, marketing, and product, which means I see the whole picture: how a button connects to a business goal, how a checkout flow shapes customer trust, how consistency builds brand equity.

Most recently, I led design at Ren's Pets, Canada's largest independent pet retailer, where I owned the e-commerce UX and design system, work that contributed to a 25% year-over-year revenue increase. Before that, I helped build the digital experience for a fintech startup from the ground up.

I'm now focused on product design roles where I can go deeper into user research, interaction design, and building products people genuinely love to use.
